Crown Park Sports Group was built from a simple belief: sports have the power to build champions, strengthen communities, and create experiences that people remember for a lifetime. After more than two decades working in athletics, education, sports leadership, facility operations, and business development, I have seen firsthand that the best experiences do not happen by accident. They are created through great people, intentional leadership, high standards, and a genuine commitment to those we serve.

That is my why behind Crown Park Sports Group. I am excited to bring together my passion for sports and my experience across the industry to help organizations build championship-level experiences—for athletes, families, coaches, partners, and communities. Whether we are helping lead a facility, grow an organization, build a program, or create an unforgettable event, our goal is the same: build champions, create experiences, and leave every organization and community better than we found it.

My career has centered on building, leading, and improving athletic programs and the systems that support them. Over two decades in education and athletics, I have gained firsthand experience in nearly every aspect of athletic administration, from program development and facility operations to budgeting, staffing, leadership development, strategic planning, and large-scale projects. I have always enjoyed bringing people together, solving complex challenges, and taking an idea from concept to execution. Crown Park Sports Group gives me the opportunity to bring that experience and perspective to organizations throughout the sports industry.

We want to understand each organization's goals, identify where we can make an impact, and provide the leadership and support needed to move those goals forward.
